Moshe Zlicha files plans for 27-unit resi building, first plan filed in Kingsbridge in 12 months

Moshe Zlicha, on March 22, filed a permit application for construction of a 27-unit, 18,414-square-foot residential building at 3831 Putnam Avenue West in Kingsbridge, the Bronx.

These are the first new building plans filed in Kingsbridge in 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 64-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00685476. The development site spans two tax lots.

The estimated job cost listed is $10,530,000.

The project is described in the filing as: erection of new seven-story building.

The cellar of the building will have a residential lobby. The floor plan does not break out the dwelling units by floor.

The property was acquired for $290,000 on June 6, 2014.
