The plan was filed on June 2, 2026. It calls for the construction of a 87-foot-tall, nine-story building and was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B01402482. The project is described in the filing as: assign to hub – proposed new 9 story residential building, total of 23 units. The applicant is the Registered Architect Leandro Dickson of Leandro Nils Dickson Architect, LLC.
