Morgan Stanley files plans for $4.3M single-floor rehab in Times Square
Morgan Stanley, on August 31, filed plans for a $4.3 million project to modify the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system on one floor of their headquarters building at 1585 Broadway in Times Square, Manhattan.
The plans call for work on the third floor of the building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00534577.
The project is described in the filing as: addition/modification of existing HVAC system as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy.
Earlier this year the developer filed plans for a $14.4 million rehab of the sixth floor of the building.
