Morgan Stanley files plans for $21.3M single-floor rehab in Times Square
Morgan Stanley, on July 20, filed plans for a $21.3M rehab of one floor at their headquarters building at 1585 Broadway in Times Square, Manhattan.
Last month, Morgan Stanley filed plans for a $14.6M rehab of the fourth floor of the building.
The plan call for work on the ninth floor of the 685-foot-tall, 42-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00715280.
The project is described in the filing as: interior demolition as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, occupancy or egress.
The architect listed is Gensler.
