Halberstam through the entity Lafson Housing LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Greystone & Co. valued at $10 million for 1 parcel, including the tax class multifamily, semi-fireproof (without stores) (D1) and containing 24 residential units at 426 Lafayette Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant. The deal closed on July 16, 2020 and was recorded on July 22, 2020.
