Maverick Real Estate Partners through its Ralph Multifamily LLC purchased a $2.5 million loan from Signature Bank secured by a rental owned by Theodore Feldheim. The property has a tax class of C1 and contains eight residential units at 98 Ralph Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant. The deal closed on June 29, 2020 and was recorded on July 22, 2020.
The property contains a total of 8,550 square feet of built space.
