Maverick buys $2.5M debt from Signature Bank secured by Bed-Stuy rental

Maverick Real Estate Partners through its Ralph Multifamily LLC purchased a $2.5 million loan from Signature Bank secured by a rental owned by Theodore Feldheim. The property has a tax class of C1 and contains eight residential units at 98 Ralph Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant. The deal closed on June 29, 2020 and was recorded on July 22, 2020.
The property contains a total of 8,550 square feet of built space.

The last time the property sold was October 17, 2013, for $1,125,000.

Over the past five years, there has been one NYC Department of Buildings permit application filed for this parcel valued at more than $20,000. There was one renovation/alteration project (A2) applied for with a total estimated value of $32,000.
