Mirjana Mirjanic affiliate pays $10M for industrial building in Long Island City

Mirjana Mirjanic through the entity NYCRE Property LLC paid $10 million to the Chalpin family for an industrial (F4) property at 21-21 44th Road in Long Island City, Queens.
The deal closed on April 15, 2021 and was recorded on April 28, 2021.
The property has 18,700 square feet of built space and 11,250 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 30,000 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $534 and the price per buildable square foot is $333 per the PincusCo analysis.
The signatory for the Chalpin family was Roberta Chalpin. The signatory for the buyer was Mirjana Mirjanic.
