Malekan Manoucher pays $2.5M for three industrial buildings in Ridgewood

Malekan Manoucher through the entity Ridgewood Weirfield LLC paid $2.5 million to Alisa Jordan through the entity Amtk Realty LLC for industrial (P9) at 16-61 Weirfield Street in Ridgewood, Queens, industrial (P9) at 16-57 Weirfield Street in Ridgewood, Queens, and industrial (Z9) at 16-55 Weirfield Street in Ridgewood, Queens.
The deal closed on April 13, 2021 and was recorded on April 28, 2021.
The three properties have 14,016 square feet of built space and 11,322 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 25,360 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $178 and the price per buildable square foot is $98 per the PincusCo analysis.
