Michael Wieder and David Berger through the entity 123 West Senior Apartments, LLC signed a contract with Essex Plaza Management’s Sedgwick And North Halls Housing Development Fund to buy 123 West 183rd Street in University Heights. The deal closed on July 7, 2020, and was recorded on July 20, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class homes for indigent children, aged, homeless (N2).
The developers made a $500,000 down payment.
J. Kenneth Pagano was the signatory for Essex.
