Meridian Properties pays $3.4M for 23-unit rental in Bay Ridge

Meridian Properties through the entity Mackay Properties LLC paid $3.4 million to Betty Hoch and Peretz Lubin through the entity 49 Mackay Realty LLC for 23-unit rental (C1) at 49 Mackay Place in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on June 30, 2021 and was recorded on July 21, 2021.
The property has 14,094 square feet of built space and 0 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 4,050 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $241 per the PincusCo analysis.
The signatory for Betty Hoch and Peretz Lubin was Betty Hoch and Peretz Lubin.

The former owners according to the Department of Housing Preservation and Development included Betty Hoch, head officer and David Hoch, officer. The business entity was 49 Mackay Realty Llc.
