Greenbrook Partners pays $11M to LW Developers for 22 units in Bushwick

Greenbrook Partners paid $11 million to LW Developers for three rental buildings in Bushwick, Brooklyn, in three separate transactions.

In the first, Greenbrook Partners through the entity Greenbrook Thr Owner II, L.L.C. paid $3.8 million to LW Developers through the entity Starr Two Six LLC for eight-unit rental (C1) at 26 Starr Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on July 2, 2021 and was recorded on July 21, 2021.
The property has 5,600 square feet of built space and 475 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 6,075 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $678 and the price per buildable square foot is $625 per the PincusCo analysis.
The owner bought the property on 27-Feb-14, for $600,000.
The signatory for LW Developers was Lazar Waldman.
