Mental health agency ACMH Inc. pays $8M to Community of the Holy Spirit for property in Hamilton Heights

ACMH Inc. paid Community of the Holy Spirit $7.6 million for 450 West 150th Street in Hamilton Heights. The deal closed on December 11, 2019, and was recorded on January 7, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class convents (M4). The property is 11,061 square feet. The parcel(s) have total development potential of 13,325 square feet.
The average sale price per square foot is $570.
