Of those four items, three were loans above $5 million totaling $19.6 million. The most recent of the three was Watermark Capital Group in which borrowed $7.1 million from Amalgamated Bank secured by the 5,028-square-foot, six-unit rental (C2) on 295 Maujer Street and three other properties on April 15, 2026.
