Mendel Schwimmer through the entity 341 Lenox Realty LLC as borrower signed a construction loan with lender S3 Capital through the entity S3 Sb Real Estate Credit A Trust valued at $13.7 million for the 28-unit development at 341 Lenox Road in East Flatbush, Brooklyn.
On the lot, there is one active new building construction project, B01038171, for a 28-unit, 23,848 square-foot residential (R-2) building. The project was submitted by Yuda Furth and filed by Yuda Furth with plans filed May 7, 2024 and permitted March 30, 2026.
The deal closed on March 24, 2026 and was recorded on April 28, 2026.
