May Realty Group pays $20M for 48-unit UWS rental, traded for $27M in 2013

Vinko Zadrima’s May Realty Group through the entity 591 Realty LLC paid Rich International’s 5-15 W 91 LLC $20 million for 5 West 91st Street in the Upper West Side. The deal closed on November 25, 2020 and was recorded on December 10, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class multifamily, semi-fireproof (without stores) (D1) and containing 48 residential units. The property is 48,972 square feet.
The sale price per unit is $416,667. The signatory for the seller was Gene Park.

The property sold for 26% below the price Park paid for the building in 2013, which was $27.15 million. The contract date was August 14, 2020.
