Developer files plans for 33-unit residential building in Staten Island
David Degidio, on July 8, filed a permit application for construction of a 33-unit, 23,277-square-foot residential building at 81 Monroe Avenue in Staten Island.
The plans call for the construction of a 40-foot tall, 4-story residential building.
The project is described in the filings as: 4 story residential buildings ( 33 dwelling units).
According to the plans filed, the ground floor will have nine dwelling units, floors two and three will each have 10 dwelling units, and the fourth floor will have four dwelling units.
