Matthew Alexander Yang through the entity Jnmy LLC as borrower signed a new construction loan with lender Ponce Bank valued at $28 million for the industrial building (E9) at 46-02 to 46-12 11th Street in Long Island City, Queens.
On the lot, there is one active new building construction project for a 44-unit, 55,924 square-foot R-2 building. The project was developed by Jim Yang with plans filed August 24, 2020 and permitted June 3, 2022.
The deal closed on September 23, 2022 and was recorded on September 29, 2022.
