Masri family of Falcon Properties pays $7.5M to Carlos Silberman of Falcon Properties to increase stake in Garment District office building

Masri family of Falcon Properties paid Carlos Silberman of Falcon Properties $7.5 million for 147 West 35th Street in Garment District. The deal closed on October 11, 2019, and was recorded on October 24, 2019. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class office building with commercial with seven to 19 stories (O6).
