Mark Irgang files demo plans for 17K sf building at Central Harlem site with no development plans

Mark Irgang through the company 121 Tweed Boulevard, on February 4, filed a permit application for the demolition of a roughly 17,124-square-foot building at 35 West 125th Street in Central Harlem.

The building was previously occupied by a Rite Aid pharmacy. No new building plans have been filed at the site yet, and it is not clear what the developer intends to do with the site. Mark Irgang did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The plans call for the demolition of a two-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: full demolition to a two-story building.
