Luce Popaj finishes construction of 22-unit resi building in Tremont
Luce Popaj, on June 14, was issued a certificate of occupancy for formally completing construction of a 22-unit, 12,845-square-foot residential building at 1728 Townsend Avenue in Tremont, the Bronx.
The developer was never issued a TCO, so this is the first certificate of occupancy issued at the development.
The plans, pre-filed on March 26, 2018, call for the construction of a 56-foot tall, six-story residential building. The time from pre-file to C of O was three years and three months.
According to the plans, the ground floor of the building has a lobby and two dwelling units. Floors two through six each have four dwelling units per floor. The building also has recreation space outside of the building.
Badaly & Badaly Architects was the architect.
The property was acquired for $600,000 on May 12, 2017.
