Loketch Group through the entity LL 18 Spencer Holdings LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Citigroup through the entity Citi Real Estate Funding Inc valued at $19.5 million for 1 parcel, including the tax class office building with seven to 19 stories (O3) at 18 Spencer Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant. The deal closed on March 22, 2021 and was recorded on April 8, 2021.
The building was given its initial temporary certificate of occupancy on April 22, 2020.
