UPDATED WITH CORRECTION: Efraim Weber through the entity 963 Holdings LLC as borrower signed a new construction loan agreement with lender Axos Bank valued at $25.2 million for 1 parcel, including the tax class land not zoned residential or Manhattan below 110th Street (V1) at 963 Atlantic Avenue in Clinton Hill. The deal closed on March 22, 2021 and was recorded on April 8, 2021.

Over the past five years, there have been 4 NYC Department of Buildings permit applications filed for this parcel valued at more than $20,000.

There has been one new building permit application. Those plans include a total of 124 residential units.
