L+M sells penthouse unit in FiDi for $19.5M

The entity Valentina LGC LLC paid $19.5 million to L+M Development Partners through the entity Park Row 23 Owners LLC for condo (SC) unit PH45A at 25 Park Row in the Financial District, Manhattan.
The deal closed on December 23, 2020 and was recorded on June 4, 2021.
The property has 5,956 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $3,274 per the PincusCo analysis.
The signatory for L+M Development Partners was Jeffrey Feldman. The signatory for Valentina Lgc LLC was Robert Frankel.
