L&L Holding Company files plans for $2.6M single-floor build-out at 425 Park Avenue

L&L Holding Company, on August 4, filed plans for a $2.6 million build-out of one floor of a building at 425 Park Avenue in the Plaza District, Manhattan.

The plans call for work on the 47th marketing floor of the 892-foot-tall, 42-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00529225.

The project is described in the filing as: general construction on the 41st floor construction (47th floor marketing) as plans filed herewith. no change in use, egress, or occupancy.

The architect listed is HLW International.

The developer recently filed plans for a $2.7 million build-out of the 36th marketing floor.

On January 5, L&L was issued its initial temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of the 511,538-square-foot office building.
