The entity 30 Lincoln 28d LLC paid $14 million to Gadi Daniel Slade and Deborah Tille Slade for condo (SC) unit 28CDE at 30 West 63rd Street in Lincoln Square, Manhattan.
The deal closed on June 22, 2021 and was recorded on July 1, 2021.
The property has 4,952 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $2,826 per the PincusCo analysis.
The owner bought the property on 21-Oct-15, for $13.7 million.
The signatory for Gadi Daniel Slade and Deborah Tille Slade was Uel Rheem.

Within a 400-foot radius of 30 West 63rd Street, PincusCo identified three commercial real estate items of interests occurred over the past 24 months.
One of those three items was a sale which St. Jean II Revocable Trust bought one condo unit in the 3,879-square-foot, 56-unit mixed-use building (RM) on 15 West 63rd Street for $16.8 million from the U.S. Marshals Service on May 25, 2021.
Of those three items, two were loans above $5 million totaling $126.1 million. The most recent of the two was Elliot Sohayegh which borrowed $6.1 million from Hanover Community Bank secured by the 9,415-square-foot, 20-unit rental (C4) on 15 West 64th Street and one other property on May 3, 2021.
