The entity Gramercy Tower LLC paid $19.5 million to the Chetrit Group and Clipper Equity through the entity Cabgram Developer LLC for the penthouse condo (SC) at 215 East 19th Street in Gramercy, Manhattan.
The deal closed on June 14, 2021 and was recorded on July 1, 2021.
The property has 6,989 square feet of built space according to the PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $2,790 per the PincusCo analysis.
