Leviathan Capital files plans for 15-unit resi building in Highbridge

Leviathan Capital, on September 24, filed a permit application for construction of a 15-unit, 11,472-square-foot building at 1907 Harrison Avenue in Highbridge, Bronx. Yaniv Cohen, a partner with the firm, filed the plans.

These are the 16th new building plans filed in the neighborhood so far this year. For example, at another project, Leo Brody recently filed a permit application for construction of a 45-unit, 37,578-square-foot building at 1047 Ogden Avenue in Highbridge.

The Leviathan plans call for the construction of a 61-foot-tall, six-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00594958. The development site spans one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed six-story residential building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby. Floors two through six will each have three dwelling units per floor. The roof will have recreation space.

The architect listed is Arc Architecture + Design Studio.

The estimated job cost is $2 million.

The property was acquired for $510,000 on April 22, 2021.
