Laurie Stark and Richard Stark through the entity Bellejackblue LLC paid $14.5 million to Smoke Rise, LLC through the entity Smoke Rise, LLC for two-unit two-family building (B1) at 32 Perry Street in West Village, Manhattan.
The deal closed on December 1, 2021 and was recorded on December 15, 2021.
The property has 4,155 square feet of built space and 653 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 4,808 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data.
