Laurie Stark and Richard Stark through the entity Bellejackblue LLC paid $14.5 million to Smoke Rise, LLC through the entity Smoke Rise, LLC for two-unit two-family building (B1) at 32 Perry Street in West Village, Manhattan.
The deal closed on December 1, 2021 and was recorded on December 15, 2021.
