The entity Lotus Cl LLC paid $32.7 million to Extell Development through the entity Pa Acquisitions (Ny) LLC for condo (SC) unit PHDPX at 1010 Park Avenue in Upper East Side, Manhattan.
The deal closed on December 2, 2021 and was recorded on December 15, 2021.
The property has 6,745 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $4,843 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
