Kriss Capital files plans for 79-unit resi building in Crown Heights

Jody Kriss’ Kriss Capital, on March 28, filed a permit application for construction of a 79-unit, 53,098-square-foot residential building at 827 Sterling Place in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.

Kriss Capital is a real estate lender, developer and owner operator based in New York City with a focus on residential properties.

There have been 24 new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 70-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00702705. The development site spans one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: application filed to erect new seven-story residential building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lounge, reading room, 20 parking spaces, and two dwelling units. Floors two through seven will each have 12 dwelling units per floor. The roof will have recreation space. The cellar will have a kid’s room, gym, and 19 parking spaces.

The architect listed is Issac & Stern Architects, P.C.
