Boston Properties files plans for $17.1M rehab at GM Building

Boston Properties, on March 29, filed plans for a $17.1M rehabilitation of two floors of the General Motors Building at 767 Fifth Avenue in the Plaza District.

The plans call for work on floors one and 37 of the 681-foot-tall, 50-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00689737.

The project is described in the filing as: Removal and construction of interior partitions, doors and ceilings as shown on drawings filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy.

The architect listed is Heery Architects & Engineers, P.C.
