Kol Properties files plans for 19-unit resi building in Sheepshead Bay

Daniel Azizi’s Kol Properties, on March 15, filed a permit application for construction of a 19-unit, 16,926-square-foot residential building at 1652 East 14th Street in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn.

There have been seven new building plans, including these plans, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 60-foot-tall, six-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00691370.

The project is described in the filing as: six-story new building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby and health care space. The second floor will have three dwelling units, and floors three through six will each have four dwelling units per floor.
