Affordable Living NY files plans for 23-unit resi building in East Morrisania

Affordable Living NY, on March 14, filed a permit application for construction of a 23-unit, 20,234-square-foot residential building at 1827 Waterloo Place in East Morrisania, Bronx. Elena Borokhovich filed the plans.

The plans call for the construction of a 65-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00688341. The development site spans one tax lot.
