Jorge Cornielle, on May 9, filed a permit application for construction of a 32-unit, 34,492-square-foot mixed-use building at 1239 Tinton Avenue in Morrisania, Bronx.
There have been nine new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.
The plans call for the construction of a 50-foot-tall, five-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00728896.
