Jonathan Schippers through the entity 266 007 LLC paid $2.1 million to Estate of John M. Kirby through the entity Estate Of John M. Kirby for industrial (F4) at 266 Bond Street in Gowanus, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on October 4, 2021 and was recorded on November 1, 2021.
The property has 4,800 square feet of built space for a total buildable of 4,800 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $442 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)

One of those four items was a loan which Property Markets Group borrowed $18.5 million from Maxim Credit Group secured by the 11,100-square-foot, one-unit industrial (G1) on 267 Bond Street and three other properties on March 25, 2021.
