Jonathan Schippers through the entity 266 007 LLC paid $2.1 million to Estate of John M. Kirby through the entity Estate Of John M. Kirby for industrial (F4) at 266 Bond Street in Gowanus, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on October 4, 2021 and was recorded on November 1, 2021.
The property has 4,800 square feet of built space for a total buildable of 4,800 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data.
