Haimo Zhong pays $4.6M to Birinder Madan for four properties in Jamaica

Haimo Zhong through the entity 99 Jmc LLC paid $4.6 million to Birinder Madan through the entity Gholis Of Brooklyn Corp. for industrial (F4) at 177-10 93rd Avenue in Jamaica, Queens, office building (O1) at 178-08 93rd Avenue in Jamaica, Queens, and industrial (E9) at 93-16 178th Place in Jamaica, Queens.
The deal closed on October 12, 2021 and was recorded on November 1, 2021.

The four properties have 11,500 square feet of built space and 22,584 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 34,097 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $400 and the price per buildable square foot is $134 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The signatory for Birinder Madan was Birinder Madan. The signatory for Haimo Zhong was Haimo Zhong.
