John Rosatti plans to construct 46K mixed-use building in Midwood

John Rosatti plans to build a new ten-story, 46,260-square-feet, 315-unit, mixed-use building at 1880 Coney Island Avenue in Midwood. The building will have commercial and residential space, a percentage of which be permanently affordable. The parcel is currently occupied by a 10,500-square-foot commercial and office building.

The rezoning application was filed on March 10, seeking a Zoning Map Change from C8-2/OP to C4-5A/OP, and a Zoning Text Amendment to Appendix F to create a new Mandatory Inclusionary Housing area coterminous with the proposed rezoning area.
