JNY Capital submits $42.8 million condo plan in Williamsburg
JNY Capital, on January 4, submitted a condominium plan with the New York State Attorney General for their development at 427 Marcy Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The plans have an initial sellout price of $42,810,000. Ezra Unger, CEO of JNY Capital, is listed as the principal of the sponsor.
According to the plan, the condominium will have 24 residential units and one commercial unit.
In November of 2015, new building plans were filed with the NYC Department of Buildings calling for an 84-foot tall, seven-story, 47,260-square-foot residential building with 24 residential units. JNY’s Zevi Chaskelson was the owner representative on the filing.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have commercial space, a residential lobby, and the lower level of a duplex unit. The second floor will have three dwelling units and the upper level of the duplex unit. Floors three through seven will each have four dwelling units per floor. The sixth and seventh floors will also each have recreation places. The plans were permitted in August of 2020.
Diego Aguilera Architects is listed as the architect on the Department of Buildings filing.
