Ji Juan Lin files plans for construction of 19-unit building in Flushing

Ji Juan Lin, on August 30, filed a permit application for construction of a 19-unit, 25,450-square-foot residential and community facility building at 132-29 Pople Avenue in Flushing, Queens.
The plans call for the construction of a 55-foot-tall, five-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q07996131. The building will have 13,134 square feet of residential space and 3,706 square feet of community facility space on the ground floor as an ambulatory diagnostic or treatment health care facility. The building will have five residential units each on floors two, three and four, and will have four units on the fifth floor.
The project is described in the filing as: new five-story mixed-use building. obtain a new certificate of occupancy. The development is on a 60-foot lot that is 100 feet deep.
