JEMB Realty Corporation, on August 30, filed plans for a $3.3 million fit-out of several floors for a school at an under-construction office building, known as One Willoughby Square, at 424 Albee Square in Downtown Brooklyn.
In September of 2017, the developer filed plans for the construction of a 495-foot tall, 35-story, 387,801-square-foot mixed-use office building at the site. According to the plans, the building will have a school spanning floors one through six of the building.
The developer filed for a TCO in May of last year but it has not been issued yet.
The rehab plans call for work on floors one through six of the building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00408471.
The project is described in the filing as: Herewith filing mechanical work type associated with the school fit-out space.
The property was acquired with two other properties for $46.9 million on December 30, 2014.
