It calls for the construction of a 81-foot-tall, eight-story building and was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X01418945. The project is described in the filing as:  proposed new 8 story and cellar mixed use building. The applicant is the Professional Engineer Naresh Mahangu of NKM Engineering PLLC.

The most recent ownership records from October 2025, identified Oksana Poltilova as a managing member of the property in a no consideration transfer from Riva Mushiyeva.

Of those two items, one was a loan. Lemle & Wolff Companies and The Bridge borrowed $22.9 million from NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development and Webster Bank secured by the 99,163-square-foot, 103-unit rental (D7) on 474 Willis Avenue on June 9, 2025.
