Jacob Schwimmer is fully permitted for construction of 55-unit residential building in Mott Haven

Jacob Schwimmer under the 101 Bruckner Realty LLC, on August 19, was given a permit for construction of a 55-unit, 37,396-square-foot residential building at 101 Bruckner Boulevard in Mott Haven.

The plans, pre-filed on January 22, call for the construction of a 70-foot tall, seven-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: proposed new seven-story and cellar residential building.

The ground floor of the building will have a lounge, lobby, mail room, laundry room, and recreation space, according to the plans filed. Floors two through six will each have nine dwelling units, while the seventh floor will have 10 dwelling units with two private terraces.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant.
