Hubert Nowakowski signs $1.35M refi loan with Skybrook for mixed-use building in Greenpoint
Hubert Nowakowski through the entity 419 Manhattan Avenue LLC as borrower signed a refinance loan with lender Skybrook Capital through the entity 419 Manhattan Funding L.P. valued at $1.35 million for the mixed-use building (O8) at 419 Manhattan Avenue in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on June 23, 2021 and was recorded on August 2, 2021.

Within a 400-foot radius of 419 Manhattan Avenue, PincusCo identified four commercial real estate items of interests occurred over the past 24 months.
Of those four items, one was in new building development. It was a new building permit issued on June 3, 2021 for a 22,270-square-foot R-2 building with 33 residential units residential units at 411 Meeker Avenue.
Of those four items, one was for major renovation including a certificate of occupancy change. It was a permit issued on October 20, 2020 for the $1.4 million renovation of 7,919-square-foot R-2 building with 10 residential units at 391 Meeker Avenue.
Of those four items, two were loans above $5 million totaling $24.9 million. The most recent of the two was Joel Lefkowitz which borrowed $10.1 million from Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC secured by the 4,875-square-foot, six-unit rental (C2) on 445 Meeker Avenue and one other property on June 5, 2020.
