Hiwin Group USA submitted a new building construction project for a 125-unit, 108,411 square-foot residential (R-2) building at 16 West 45 Street in Midtown West, Manhattan. The plan was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings on June 16, 2025 under job number M01241552. It calls for the construction of a 30-story building. The project is described in the filing as: to build a 30 story mix used residential building. Harry Song of Hiwin Group USA filed the plans. The architect is Nexus Architect D.P.C.
