Hi Jong Lee files demo plans for 10K sf commercial building in Jamaica

Hi Jong Lee, on April 4, filed a permit application for the demolition of a building at 148-27 Jamaica Avenue in Jamaica, Queens.

There have been 33 demolition plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

No new building plans have been filed at the site yet. It is not clear what the developer intends to do with the development site at this time.

The plans call for the demolition of a one-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: full demolition of existing one-story building

The property was acquired for $3.5 million on October 23, 2015.
