Healthcare Trust of America through the entity Hta-Crown Heights Mob, LLC paid EmblemHealth’s Health Insurance Plan of Greater New York $20.2 million for 546 Eastern Parkway, 550 Eastern Parkway in Crown Heights. The deal closed on December 31, 2019, and was recorded on January 17, 2020. The transaction consists of 2 parcels, including the tax class health center, child center, clinic (I5).
