Abraham Fructhandler’s FBE Limited pays $57.5M to Gagliano family for property in Gravesend
Abraham Fructhandler’s FBE Limited acquired five tax lots in Gravesend from the Gagliano family for a combined $57.5 million in two transactions. Members of the Gagliano family have owned the parcels since at least 1962.
In the first, FBE Limited through the entity 1900 Acquisition LLC paid the Gagliano family’s 1900 Shore LLC $53.5 million for Bay 41st Street, 1894 Shore Parkway, 1900 Shore Parkway in Brooklyn. The deal closed on January 6, 2020, and was recorded on January 17, 2020. The transaction consists of 3 parcels, including the tax class land not zoned residential or Manhattan below 110th Street (V1).

In the second, FBE Limited through the entity 1900 Acquisition LLC paid Gagliano family’s Verrazano Holdings LLC $4.0 million for Hunter Avenue, Hunter Avenue in Brooklyn. The deal closed on January 6, 2020, and was recorded on January 17, 2020. The transaction consists of 2 parcels, including the tax class marinas/yacht clubs (Q8).
