Hagai Laniado through the entity SSJL 2735 East 13Th Street LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender S3 Capital through the entity S3 Re Funding Ii LLC valued at $5.5 million for 2 parcels, including the tax class vacant land at 2727 and 2735 East 13th Street in Sheepshead Bay. The deal closed on November 25, 2020 and was recorded on December 9, 2020.

A 19-unit residential building is planned for the site.
