In the larger, Grun Group submitted a new building construction project for a 58-unit, 34,684-square-foot residential (R-2) building at 116-18 Grosvenor Lane in Kew Gardens, Queens. The plan was filed on June 16, 2026. It calls for the construction of a 85-foot-tall, nine-story building and was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q01415856. The project is described in the filing as: 9 story residential building. The applicant is the Professional Engineer Naresh Mahangu of NKM Engineering Pllc. Yonah Grunhut of Grun Group submitted the plans.
