Grun Group files two plans totaling 108 units in Kew Gardens

The Grun Group filed two new development plans with the city’s Department of Buildings last week totaling 108 units in Kew Gardens, Queens.

In the larger, Grun Group submitted a new building construction project for a 58-unit, 34,684-square-foot residential (R-2) building at 116-18 Grosvenor Lane in Kew Gardens, Queens. The plan was filed on June 16, 2026. It calls for the construction of a 85-foot-tall, nine-story building and was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q01415856. The project is described in the filing as: 9 story residential building. The applicant is the Professional Engineer Naresh Mahangu of NKM Engineering Pllc. Yonah Grunhut of Grun Group submitted the plans.

116-18 Grosvenor Lane

In the smaller, Grun Group submitted a new building construction project for a 50-unit, 32,258-square-foot residential (R-2) building at 116-14 Grosvenor Lane in Kew Gardens, Queens. The plan was filed on June 16, 2026. It calls for the construction of a 85-foot-tall, nine-story building and was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q01417752. The project is described in the filing as: proposed 9 story residential building. The applicant is the Professional Engineer Naresh Mahangu of NKM Engineering Pllc. Yonah Grunhut of Grun Group submitted the plans.
