Goldman Sachs borrows $57M from USAA Real Estate for purchase of rentals in Fort Greene
Goldman Sachs through the entity 1FBBK Owner LLC as borrower signed an acquisition loan agreement with lender USAA Real Estate through the entity USAA Life Insurance Company valued at $57 million for 1 parcel, including the tax class residential condo (multiple) recorded as sold in Acris (MC) at 1 Flatbush Avenue in Fort Greene. The deal closed on June 10, 2020 and was recorded on June 22, 2020. There are 183 residential units in the building.
The loan replaces $54.4 million provided by Mack Real Estate Credit Strategies, and adds a $2.6 million gap loan. Cushman & Wakefield’s Gideon Gil, Alex Lapidus and Maya Steinberger represented Goldman Sachs, Real Estate Weekly reported.
